Land in South Auckland Land District Forfeited

Pursuant to section 146 of the Land Act 1948, notice is hereby given that Landcorp Investments Limited at Wellington, with the approval of the Minister for Land Information, has by resolution declared the lease described in the Schedule hereto forfeited and that the land is thereby reverted to Landcorp Investments Limited.

Lessees: Dudley Tawera Rehua, Ngapera Rehua (Mrs Hotu), Gordon William Rehua and Te Rangi Marie Robin Rehua (as tenants in common in equal shares), all deceased.

Date of Forfeiture: 11 December 2001.

Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Māori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Māori Development hereby gives notice as follows.

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development Notice, Rotorua 2002, No. 1.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to the pieces of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Road Stopped and Amalgamated—Paparoa Road, Mareretu, Kaipara District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 408/85.

Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a State primary school and is vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
