Pursuant to section 15 of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, ASURE New Zealand Limited hereby gives notice that its board has delivered to the shareholding Ministers of the company its annual report for the year ending 30 September 2001, containing its financial statements, audit report and a report on operations, and has, with the consent of the shareholding Ministers, published the annual report.

Exemption From Specified Requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976

Pursuant to Regulation 90 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, I, Victor Ian Everiss, Senior Vehicle Compliance Officer, hereby exempt the motor vehicle specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976 listed in Schedule 2, subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 3.

(iii) This exemption only applies while the vehicle is owned and operated by the New Zealand Police on Great Barrier Island.

(iv) A copy of this notice must be kept with the vehicle file at all times and be readily available for inspection.

(v) This exemption may be revoked at any time.
