Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a marae for the common use and benefit of the Ngapo whanau and Kennedy Bay community and to be known as the Te Paea O Hauraki Māori Reserve.

Schedule

South Auckland Land District

All that piece of land situated in Block IX, Harataunga Survey District and described as follows:

2670 (more or less) Being Harataunga West 2B2A1, as comprised in Partition Order dated 26 June 1945.
