Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Manukau City Council at current market value, the proceeds of such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

North Auckland Land District—Manukau City
135 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 70740. Part certificate of title 41A/245. Subject to the Reserves Act 1977.

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a road reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto and declares that the said land may be disposed of by the South Wairarapa District Council at current market value, the proceeds of such a sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of that part of the Kupe Reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.

Classification of a Reserve—Hamilton City

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Hurunui District Council on 26 April 2001:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hurunui District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.”
