Objects to the proposed boundary with Port Waikato running through the Paparimu Valley and dividing the small community there.
Suggested solution The boundary continue along Medhurst Road, then east (along the hills) until it crosses Paparimu Road at a point approximately 2km south of the Paparata-Paparimu Road Junction. Then north to meet the Port Waikato boundary approximately 2km east of Matheson Road. All of the Paparimu Valley area would then be included in the Port Waikato electorate.
