(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and shall vest in the Queenstown-Lakes District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and when stopped, area “A” on S.O. Plan 24660 to be amalgamated with the land held in C.T. Ref 18B/971, subject to section 308 (4) of the Local Government Act 1974, section 8 of the Mining Act 1971, section 168A of the Coal Mines Act 1925, the right to store and convey water created by Transfers 788422.4 and 870831, and subject to mortgage 936578.2 and Gazette notice by Transfer 5002654.1.
