Land Acquired for Road, Land Acquired in Connection With a Road and Road to be Stopped—Leigh Road, Rodney District

Pursuant to parts II and VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the lands described in the First Schedule to this notice are hereby acquired in connection with a road and shall vest in the Rodney District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the lands described in the Second Schedule to this notice are hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Rodney District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), declares that the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 762/63.

Land Acquired for a Local Purpose (Neighbourhood) Reserve—Tauranga District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a local purpose (neighbourhood) reserve, and further declares the land firstly described is acquired, subject to a right of way, to convey water, to transmit electricity and telecommunications, and to drain sewage and water contained in easement certificate B. 658911.5 and, subject to a right to drain water and sewage in gross created by Transfer B. 658911.6, both parcels of land are vested in the Tauranga District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
