Airworthiness Directives

Pursuant to section 72I (3) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and to a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation, I, Geoffrey Neil Connor, Safety Analyst–Continuing Airworthiness, hereby issue the following airworthiness directives in respect of an aircraft or aeronautical products:

DCA/LYC/201 DCA/UH1/10B

This airworthiness directive shall come into force on 21 February 2002.

Airworthiness directives may be viewed on the CAA web site (www.caa.govt.nz) or at Aviation House, 1 Market Grove, Lower Hutt, Wellington.

Pursuant to Part IV of the Electoral Act 1993, the Electoral Commission resolved on 8 February 2002, to register a new logo for Christian Heritage Party: Graham Capill Party Leader.

The Traffic (Clutha District) Notice, 2002

Pursuant to Regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and pursuant to an authority sub-delegated to me by the Land Transport Safety Authority of New Zealand dated 9 June 1997, I, Peter Graeme Croft, Manager, Safer Roads, give the following notice.

Notice

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Clutha District) Notice, 2002.

  2. The road specified in the Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to Regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

Pursuant to Regulation 67 (8) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, I, John Andrew Justice, Acting Manager, Safer Vehicles Policy, Land Transport Safety Authority, hereby approve the fitting of 1 flashing or revolving amber beacon to the vehicles specified in Schedule 1 of this notice, subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 2.

Definition

For the purpose of this notice, a beacon is a warning lamp comprising 1 light source, emitting a flashing or revolving
