Pursuant to section 76 (4) of the Casino Control Act 1990, the Casino Control Authority specifies the amounts of the levies to be paid under section 76 of the Act for the financial year commencing on 1 July 2001 and ending on 30 June 2002, the amount of which has been approved by the
Minister of Internal Affairs and the Minister of Finance under section 76 (3), as follows:

Airworthiness Directives
Pursuant to section 72I (3) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and to a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation, I, Geoffrey Neil Connor, Safety Analyst–Continuing Airworthiness, hereby issue the following airworthiness directives in respect of aircraft or aeronautical products:

These airworthiness directives shall come into force on 28 June 2001.

Submarine Cables and Pipelines Protection Act 1996
Notice of Appointment of Protection Officer
Under the Submarine Cables and Pipelines Protection Act 1996
Whereas, pursuant to section 441 of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, the Minister of Transport did delegate those powers under section 16 of the Submarine Cables and Pipelines Protection Act 1996 to the Maritime Safety Authority by an Instrument of Delegation dated 19 March 1997.
And whereas, pursuant to section 442 of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, the Maritime Safety Authority did delegate those powers under section 16 of the Submarine Cables and Pipelines Protection Act 1996 to the Director of Maritime Safety by an Instrument of Delegation dated 26 March 1997.
Therefore, I, Russell Paul Kilvington, Director of Maritime Safety, hereby appoint:
Domonic Winston Venz
as a Protection Officer for the purposes of the Submarine Cables and Pipelines Protection Act 1996.
This notice comes into effect on and from 28 June 2001.
