Notice of Approval and Revocation Under the Securities Act 1978

New Zealand Gazette or until earlier revoked by the Securities Commission.

The approval is given subject to the following conditions:

(a) That Geoffrey James Crichton Clark is not at any time a member of the scheme;

(b) that Geoffrey James Crichton Clark does not at any time hold any office or appointment (including appointment as auditor) or have any involvement, relationship or interest in respect of LD & BB Holdings Limited (“the issuer”) or any manager of the scheme, otherwise than in connection with the performance of his functions and powers as statutory supervisor;

(c) that Geoffrey James Crichton Clark does not at any time control or have the right to control, directly or indirectly, the issuer or any manager of the scheme, otherwise than in connection with the performance of his functions and powers as statutory supervisor;

(d) that Geoffrey James Crichton Clark does not at any time hold any participatory securities issued by the issuer or any manager of the scheme;

(e) that no relationship exists at any time between Geoffrey James Crichton Clark and the issuer, or any manager of the scheme, that affects, or is likely to affect, his ability to perform his functions and powers as statutory supervisor; and

(f) that Geoffrey James Crichton Clark maintains satisfactory professional indemnity insurance in respect of the exercise of his functions and powers as statutory supervisor.

Pursuant to section 48 of the Securities Act 1978, the Securities Commission revokes Geoffrey James Crichton Clark's approval to act as a statutory supervisor in respect of participatory securities offered by Bush Haven Retirement Complex dated 19 May 1998.

Notice of Approval to Act as a Statutory Supervisor

Under Section 48 of the Securities Act 1978

Pursuant to section 48 of the Securities Act 1978, the Securities Commission approves Geoffrey James Crichton Clark to act as a statutory supervisor for the purposes of the Securities Act 1978 in respect of participatory securities to be offered to the public for subscription by Maryville Courts Trust Board (“the scheme”), for a period of 5 years from the day after the date of notification in the New Zealand Gazette or until earlier revoked by the Securities Commission.

The approval is given subject to the following conditions:

(a) That Geoffrey James Crichton Clark is not at any time a member of the scheme;

(b) that Geoffrey James Crichton Clark does not at any time hold any office or appointment (including appointment as auditor) or have any involvement, relationship or interest in respect of Maryville Courts Trust Board (“the issuer”) or any manager of the scheme, otherwise than in connection with the performance of his functions and powers as statutory supervisor;

(c) that Geoffrey James Crichton Clark does not at any time control or have the right to control, directly or indirectly, the issuer or any manager of the scheme;

Transit New Zealand Act 1989

Amendment to Transit New Zealand Bylaw

2001/13: Bylaw Regulating the Speed of Vehicles on State Highways: Transit New Zealand Regions 3 and 4

Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, Transit New Zealand hereby amends the above-mentioned bylaw as follows.

Amendment

  1. This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

  2. In the First Schedule, replace clause 7 with:

    1. The section of State Highway No. 5 that is at Rotorua, commencing at Barnard Road (Route Position 47/0.00), proceeding in a generally southerly direction to a point (Route Position 47/3.14) 80 metres south of Waiwhero Street; a distance of 3.14 kilometres.
  3. In the Second Schedule, insert 16 (c):

    (c) At Ruato/Rotoiti, commencing at a point (Route Position 158/10.98) 380 metres west of Lake Okataina Road, proceeding in a generally easterly direction to a point (Route Position 170/6.40) 410 metres east of Tamatea Street; a distance of 6.78 kilometres.

This amendment is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Authority.
