The following Ohakea controlled airspace is disestablished: NZA542 Ohakea TMA/C.
The following Ohakea controlled airspace is amended (re-coded or reclassified where necessary as indicated in brackets): NZA345 Ohakea CTR/C, NZA347 Ohakea TMA/C, NZA348 Ohakea TMA/C, NZA350 Christchurch CTA/E (NZA354, CTA/D), NZA351 Ohakea CTA/E (NZA355, CTA/D), NZA352 Ohakea UTA/C (NZA357), NZA353 Ohakea UTA/C (NZA358), NZA354 Ohakea UTA/C (NZA357), NZA543 Ohakea TMA/C (NZA351), NZA544 Ohakea TMA/C (NZA352), NZA545 Ohakea TMA/C (NZA353).

The following Wellington controlled airspace is amended (re-coded or reclassified where necessary as indicated in brackets): NZA640 Wellington CTR/C, NZA641 Wellington TMA/C, NZA642 Wellington TMA/C, NZA644 Wellington TMA/C, NZA646 Wellington TMA/C, NZA647 Wellington TMA/C, NZA651 Wellington CTA/D (TMA/C).
The following Wellington control zone sectors are amended or established: Instrument, Karori, Makara, Petone, Sinclair, Ward.
The following Wellington controlled airspace is established: NZA645 Wellington TMA/C.
The following Christchurch controlled airspace is disestablished: NZA355 Christchurch UTA/C.
The following Christchurch controlled airspace is amended (re-coded or reclassified where necessary as indicated in brackets): NZA659 Christchurch CTA/D, NZA851 Christchurch CTA/E (NZA852, CTA/D), NZA853 Christchurch UTA/C (NZA854).
The following Christchurch control zone sector is established: Instrument.
The following VFR transit lanes are disestablished: NZV374 (Manawatu Gorge), NZV679 (Rimutaka).
The following new VFR transit lane airspace is established: NZV373 (Gorge).
The following general aviation areas are disestablished: NZG175 (Hobsonville), NZA371 (Halcombe), NZA372 (Feilding), NZG571 (Waipukurau), NZG572 (Ruahine), NZG573 (Wairarapa), NZG574 (Kaitoke), NZG667 (Upper Hutt), NZG670 (Paraparaumu), NZG671 (Kapiti), NZG672 (Tararua), NZG674 (Jury Hill), NZG871 (Lake Station).
The Parakai general aviation area (NZG171) activation details are amended.
The following new general aviation areas are established: NZG179 (Whenuapai), NZA378 (Halcombe), NZA379 (Oroua River), NZG575 (Wairarapa), NZG673 (Kapiti Coast), NZG870 (Lake Station).
The following visual reporting points are disestablished: Arthur's Point, Walter Peak Jetty, Wilsons Bay.

The following new visual reporting points are established: Bobs Cove, Flood Burn, Hidden Falls, Hollyford Strip, Kaipo Saddle, Kay Creek, Lake Iceberg, Moonlight, Mount Larkins, Mount Tutoko, Walter Peak, Wilmot, Dashwood Pass, Taylor Pass, The Ned, The Ridge, Vernon Works.
The Macetown visual reporting point has a minor correction.
The Queenstown Flight Information Sector vertical limits are amended.

Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 73.7 (b) (i), the following airspace details are amended with effect from 6 September 2001—

The following restricted area is amended: NZR302 (Motunui).
The following military operational areas are disestablished: NZM305 (Desert Road), NZM306 (Kaimanawa), NZM309 (Himatangi), NZM404 (East Cape), NZM405 (Urewera), NZM406 (Kaweka), NZM407 (Hawkes Bay), NZM503 (East Coast), NZM507 (Mangaweka), NZM601 (Aorangi).
The following military operational area is amended: NZM303 Ohakea.
The following military operational areas are established: NZM310 (Karioi Forest), NZM505 (Pahiatua), NZM506 (Wairarapa-Hawkes Bay).
The following mandatory broadcast zone is amended: NZC212 (Matamata).
The following mandatory broadcast zone is established: NZC316 (Wanganui).
The following approach conditional area is disestablished: NZC312 (Wanganui).
The following danger areas are disestablished: NZD322 (Stratford), NZD420 (Sponge Bay), NZD422 (Opoutama), NZD423 (Whirinaki), NZD424 (Roys Hill), NZD823 (Mt Kemp), NZD824 (Lake Sumner), NZD825 (Hope River), NZD826 (Hawdon River), NZD826A (Mt Wilson), NZD826B (Mt Binser).
The following new danger areas are established: NZD121 (Onetaunga Bay, Auckland City), NZD229 (Waikumete Road, Hauraki Plains), NZD230 (Taupiri Range, Waikato), NZD626 (Big Bush, South Nelson).
The following parachute drop zones are disestablished: NZP630 (Martinborough aerodrome), NZP737 (Milton's airstrip).
The following new parachute drop zones are established: NZP632 (Martinborough), NZP738 (Franz Josef aerodrome).
The Pine Park aerodrome traffic zone (NZZ377) has a name amendment to Fox Pine.

Prescribed pursuant to Parts 71 and 73 of the Civil Aviation Rules, under a delegated authority issued by the Director of Civil Aviation.
