Road Realignment—Skippers Road, Central Hawke’s Bay

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Central Hawke’s Bay District Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. Y2/251, subject to mortgage No. 712979.3;
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and vested in the Crown which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

are deleted.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over the road reserve described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Rotorua District Council to Transit New Zealand at a price and on terms and conditions as the council determines, with any proceeds of sale to be paid into the council’s reserves development account, to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
