Road Realignment in Kaipara District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Kaipara District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), declares that:

(i) The area described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 110D/318, subject to memorandum of mortgage D. 261825.3.

(ii) That area described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 110D/317, subject to memorandum of mortgage D. 337686.2.

Land Declared Limited Access Road—State Highway No. 2, Te Matai Intersection, Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
