Terralink Limited Vesting Notice 2001 (No. 1)
Pursuant to section 24 (1) of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, the Ministers of Finance and State-Owned Enterprises, the shareholding ministers, hereby give notice as follows.
Notice

Title—This notice may be cited as the Terralink Limited Vesting Notice 2001 (No. 1).

Application—(1) This notice applies to the land described in the Schedule to this notice, saving and excepting:
(a) The bed of any lake whose bed has an area of 8 hectares or more.
(b) The bed of any river whose bed has an average width of 3 metres or more.
(c) Any land covered and uncovered by the flow and ebb of the tide at mean spring tides.
(2) In subclause (1) of this clause, the terms “bed”, “lake” and “river” have the meanings assigned to them by section 2 (1) of the Resource Management Act 1991.

Vesting—Subject to section 24 of the Conservation Act 1987, the land to which this notice applies shall vest for an estate in fee simple in Terralink Limited (a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 1955, having its registered office at Wellington, and being a State-Owned Enterprise within the meaning of section 29 (1) of the State-Owned Enterprise Act 1986).

1695 square metres, being Section 1 on S.O. Plan 4900.

Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993
Redefining the Purposes and Class of Persons of a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to sections 338 (5) (c) and 338 (5) (d) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the purposes of which the Māori reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto was created by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 April 1975, No. 32, page 828, are hereby redefined for the purpose of a urupa and for the common use and benefit of the beneficial owners and Hamua hapu of the Tuhoe Tribe and their invitees.

Redefining the Class of Persons of a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (5) (d) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the purposes of which the Māori reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto was created by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 March 1968, No. 17, page 496, are hereby redefined for the common use and benefit of the beneficial owners and Hamua hapu of the Tuhoe Tribe and their invitees.

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a papakainga and urupa for the common use and benefit of Arthur Henry Povey and his descendants, such reserve to be known as The Povey Whanau Māori Reserve.
