Take notice that I, Dr Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to the
Treasury, pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act
1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the
Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen
in an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land
aggregating sixty-nine square metres (69m²), and being
part Section 649, Town of New Plymouth, contained in
Deeds Index 3/387, Taranaki Land Registry, being a
property formerly held by Wisgate Enterprises Limited
(formerly Taranaki Brewery and Cordials Limited),
a company removed from the Companies Register on
17 March 1993 and formerly having its registered office at
Auckland.
And I certify that the vesting of the said property did not
come to my notice until 31 January 2001.

The Public Trust Office (Investment Agencies in Common Fund) Notice 22 March 2001
The following notice is given pursuant to section 37 of the
Public Trust Office Act 1957 and sections 29 and 41 of the
State Sector Act 1988.
Notice
-
Title and commencement—This notice may be cited as
the Public Trust Office (Investment Agencies in the
Common Fund) Notice 22 March 2001 and shall take effect
from and including 22 March 2001. -
Interest rates on investment agencies—The rate of
interest that may be paid by the Public Trustee on moneys
invested by the Public Trustee as agent of any principal in
the common fund of the Public Trust Office (referred to in
this notice as “agencies”) pursuant to section 37 of the
Public Trust Office Act 1957 shall, for the following terms
and inclusive dollar ranges, be:

(b) For a fixed term of 3 months:
(i) For the range $5,000 to $9,999 | 5.50
(ii) For the range $10,000 to $49,999 | 5.75
(iii) For the range $50,000 to $249,999 | 5.85
(iv) For the range above $249,999 | 5.95
(c) For a fixed term of 6 months:
(i) For the range $5,000 to $9,999 | 5.45
(ii) For the range $10,000 to $49,999 | 5.55
(iii) For the range $50,000 to $249,999 | 5.65
(iv) For the range above $249,999 | 5.75
(d) For a fixed term of 9 months:
(i) For the range $5,000 to $9,999 | 5.40
(ii) For the range $10,000 to $49,999 | 5.50
(iii) For the range $50,000 to $249,999 | 5.60
(iv) For the range above $249,999 | 5.70
(e) For a fixed term of 12 months:
(i) For the range $5,000 to $9,999 | 5.30
(ii) For the range $10,000 to $49,999 | 5.40
(iii) For the range $50,000 to $249,999 | 5.50
(iv) For the range above $249,999 | 5.60
- Transitional provisions—(1) Paragraph 2 of this notice
shall not apply to any interest payable in respect of the
period that ends with 21 March 2001.
(2) Paragraph 2 (a) of this notice shall apply:
(i) to agencies that commenced prior to 22 March
2001, as from that date;
(ii) to agencies that commenced on or after 22 March
2001, as from the date of their commencement.
(3) Paragraphs 2 (b) to 2 (e) inclusive of this notice:
(i) shall not apply to agencies that commenced prior
to 22 March 2001; but
(ii) shall apply to agencies that commence on or
after 22 March 2001, as from the date of their
commencement.
- Revocation—The Public Trust Office (Investment
Agencies in Common Fund) Notice 8 March 2001,
New Zealand Gazette, page 576, is hereby revoked.

Pursuant to section 63 of the Casino Control Act 1990, the
Casino Control Authority, on 16 March 2001, resolved that
with effect from 22 March 2001 the Rules of Casino Table
Games approved to be conducted and played in the licensed
casinos known as Christchurch Casino, Sky City Casino,
Dunedin Casino, Wharf Casino, and Sky Alpine
Queenstown, as set out in the following editions of the
