Explanatory Note:
This note is not part of the Amendment, but is intended to explain its general effect.

This amendment to the Defence Force Allowance Programme extends the programme to allow payment of operational and incidental allowances to New Zealand Defence Force personnel serving overseas in operations in support of “Enduring Freedom”.
