(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and vested in the Hurunui District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(d) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance and further declares that, pursuant to section 120 (3):

(i) The area firstly described in the Fourth Schedule be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title CB13F/176, subject to memorandum of mortgage A. 374020.2.

(ii) The area secondly described in the Fourth Schedule be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title CB13F/175, subject to memorandum of mortgage A. 374020.2.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 31 July 1997, acquiring easements, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 August 1997, No. 83, page 2023, by substituting the area

in the Second Schedule with the area

"105 m²".
