Land Acquired for Recreation Ground, Stormwater Drainage Management and Wetland Enhancement—Ferrymead Park Drive, Christchurch City

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a recreation ground, pursuant to section 601 of the Local Government Act 1974, stormwater drainage management and wetland enhancement, subject to the right of way appurtenant to Lot 2, D.P. 846, created by transfer 27963 and is vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment by the Hurunui District Council—Leithfield Road, Balcairn

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired and declared to be road and shall vest in the Hurunui District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares that, pursuant to sections 117 (3) and 120 (3):

(i) The portion of stopped road firstly described in the Second Schedule be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title CB13F/176, subject to memorandum of mortgage A. 374020.2.

(ii) The portion of stopped road secondly described in the Second Schedule be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title CB13F/175, subject to memorandum of mortgage A. 374020.2.

(iii) The portion of stopped road thirdly described in the Second Schedule be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title CB32B/1263, subject to memorandum of mortgage A. 478428.4.

(iv) The portion of stopped road fourthly described in the Second Schedule be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title CB38C/1102.
