Road to be Stopped and Declared Crown Land—Tekapo River, Mackenzie District

Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped which, pursuant to section 117 (3) (b), shall be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
