Māori Land Development Notice
Pursuant to section 66 (5) of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Māori Development hereby gives notice as follows.
Notice
- This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development Notice Wanganui 2001, No. 2.
- The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.
- The land described in the Second Schedule is released from being declared a water area.

Notice
- This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development Notice Wanganui 2001, No. 3.
- The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are, in relation only to the pieces of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.
- The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from the provisions of Part II of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Reserves Act 1977
Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying That the Land Shall Vest in the Grey District Council in Fee Simple and How to Utilise its Value
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land vests in the Grey District Council in fee simple, provided that a sum equal to the current market value of the land is paid by council into its reserves account to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

1836 square metres, more or less, being Reserve 2073, situated in Block XVI, Greymouth Survey District.
