Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the land described in the Schedule hereto was adopted by the Manukau City Council at its meeting on 28 June 2001:

“That pursuant to section 14 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, Lot 435, D.P. 63195, containing 819 square metres, more or less, be declared to be local purpose (community buildings) reserve”.

819 square metres, more or less, being Lot 435, D.P. 63195 and being that parcel of land situated at 19 Solo Place, Manurewa.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of that part of the recreation reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.

Change of Name of Reserve

Under section 16 (10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Marlborough District Council hereby declares that the local purpose reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall hereafter be known as Tunnicliff Reserve.

It has commonly been known as Okiwi Bay Reserve in the past.

The property is located on the corner of Okiwi Crescent and the Esplanade in Okiwi Bay.
