Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register Comshare Limited (“the company”), which has its registered office at 154 Tuam Street, Christchurch, by request, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.

The company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part and no creditors have applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Act, for an order putting the company into liquidation.

The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is the 31st day of January 2001.
