I, Nigel Milton, liquidator of the above-named companies, intend to apply to the Registrar of Companies for the removal of the companies from the Register pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.

The removal of the companies is on the grounds that the companies have ceased to carry on business, have discharged in full their liabilities to all their known creditors and have distributed their surplus assets in accordance with the Companies Act 1993.
