Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator of Anaesthesia Services Taranaki Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 38 Woolcombe Terrace, New Plymouth, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidation of the company has been completed.
