Land to be Acquired for Road—Hauraki District Council

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and shall vest in the Hauraki District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(marked “A”), right to drain water (marked “D”) and right to drain sewage (marked “E”) created by transfer and specified in easement certificate A. 341497.6, and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) A right of way easement described in the Second Schedule is hereby created over the land described in the Third Schedule to be held forever appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
