Amendment to a Notice Classifying and Naming a Reserve

Under section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager amends an error in the notice classifying and naming Reserve 2731 dated the 30th day of September 1999, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1999, page 3397 by omitting from the notice the words “Te puke-ki-wiataha” and inserting in its place “Te puke-ki-waitaha”.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto was passed by the Waitakere City Council at its meeting on the 15th day of December 1999.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve
