Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, will become road, limited access road and State Highway and will remain vested in the Crown, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Notice of Change of Purpose of Local Purpose Reserve

Pursuant to Section 24A (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, Manawatu District Council hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 24A (2), of its intention to change the purpose within its classification as a local purpose reserve of the land set out and described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road purposes and has been subdivided into a separate certificate of title so that a swimming pool and associated amenities can be constructed on the land. It is therefore intended to change the classification to local purpose reserve (community swimming pool) in order to reflect its change of use.
