Change of Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Dunedin City Council hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the land described in the Schedule hereto, was passed at a meeting on the 6th day of March 2000:

“Under section 24A (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Dunedin City Council hereby changes the classification of the Reserve shown in the Schedule hereto, from local purpose reserve (utility) to local purpose reserve (road) subject to the provisions of the said Act.”

Oamgo Land District—Dunedin City Council

1.4687 hectares, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 18433, situated in Block II, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District. All certificate of title 15A/672.

894 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 18433, situated in Block II, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District. Part application, pursuant to section 306 (4) of the Local Government Act 1974.

Classifications of Reserves and Vesting of Reserve in the Tararua District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, classifies the reserve described in Schedule 1 as a local purpose (cemetery) reserve and vests the reserve in the Tararua District Council in trust for that purpose, and classifies the reserve described in Schedule 2 as a recreation reserve.
