(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1) and to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be taken for road and vested in the Rotorua District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and the land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 43D/610, subject to mortgage No. B. 171234.2 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
