Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (utility) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto and, further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the New Zealand Fire Service in such manner, at such price, and on such terms and conditions as determined by the New Zealand Fire Service.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Dunedin City Council hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the land described in the Schedule hereto, was passed at a meeting on the 6th day of March 2000:

“Under section 16 (2a) of the Reserves Act, the Dunedin City Council hereby classifies the Reserve described in the attached Schedule as a local purpose reserve (utility), subject to the provisions of the said Act.”
