First Schedule

4. That section of State Highway No. 1A in Rodney District commencing at a point (Reference Station 0) on State Highway No. 1 at the northern side of the Silverdale Interchange Bridge and extending in a generally northerly direction to a point (Route Position 0/4.25) at the site of the proposed Orewa Interchange, including the motorway ramps and connections to and from State Highway No. 1 and Grand Drive; a distance of 4.25 kilometres.

5. That Grand Drive section of State Highway No. 1A in Rodney District commencing at a point (Route Position 0/4.25) at the site of the proposed Orewa Interchange and extending in a generally easterly direction to a point (Reference Station 6) at Maire Road, including the motorway ramps and connections to and from State Highway No. 1A, Maire Road and Grand Drive; a distance of 1.45 kilometres.

This bylaw was made by resolution of the Transit New Zealand Authority at a meeting held at Wellington on the 3rd day of May 2000.

Road Realignment in Waipa District—Old School Road

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, that agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Waipa District Council; and

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 70B/131.

Land to be Declared Road and Land Taken—State Highway No. 3, Wanganui District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be limited access road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 119(1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
