Conservation Act 1987
Declaring Conservation Land to be a Reserve
Pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Department of Conservation, Wellington, declares that the conservation area described in the Schedule shall be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and classified as a recreation reserve, and further, under the Reserves Act, vests the reserve in the Wellington City Council in trust for recreation purposes.

Reserves Act 1977
Revocation of a Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the Waterfall Creek Recreation Reserve described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaration That Land is Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the land described in the Schedule hereto, was passed by the Rodney District Council at its meeting on the 16th day of December 1999:
“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Rodney District Council hereby resolves that the land described in the Schedule hereto and held by the council in fee simple, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.”

1780 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 5, D.P. 20781. All certificate of title 669/99. Subject to sections 16 and 17 of the Land Act 1924.

Revocation of Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waikato Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation over the local purpose (segregation) reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Hamilton City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine.
