Pursuant to section 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, subject to profit à prendre created by Transfer 121405.

Road Realignment—Whatitiri and Carruth Roads, Whangarei District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Whangarei District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped; and

(i) the land firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 115D/598, subject to mortgage D. 088189.4;

(ii) the land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 84A/199, subject to mortgage C. 207061.2;

(iii) land fourthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 684/70, subject to mortgage C. 207061.2
