In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 108, page 2542 of 28 August 1997, in the Schedule thereto, amend the title description “as contained in provisional register, Volume 60D, folio 649” to read “as contained in provisional register, Volume 60D, folio 949”.

In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 127, page 4267 of 2 November 1995, in the Schedule thereto, amend the land description “Area 302 square metres, more or less, being part Section 10 of Block IV of the Marokopa Survey District as contained in certificate of title 734/176” to read “Area 302 square metres, more or less, being part Section 10 of Block IV of the Marokopa Survey District as shown in plan M.L. 22285 and being part of the land contained in certificate of title 734/176”.

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of the Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of an urupa for the common use and benefit of Te Whanau O Te Urikoare, a sub hapu of Ngati Muriwai A Rua, comprising the descendants of Te Urikore Porikapa (née Waiapu).
