Reserves Act 1977

Change of Classification of Part of a Reserve—Coulter Road Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby changes the classification of that part of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto from recreation reserve to local purpose (pre-school education) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act.

Road Realignment—Matahuru Road, Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares that the lands described in the First Schedule to this notice are acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 121/111, subject to the encumbrances thereon.

Amending a Notice Relating a Road

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 10 May 2000, acquiring land for limited access road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 May 2000, No. 52, at page 1157, by deleting all references to S.O. 24596 in the first and second schedules and substituting it with “S.O. 24956”.
