(b) The manufacturer’s name or mark.
(c) The serial number of the container.
(d) The date of the original container inspection and the identification mark of the inspection authority which carried out the inspection.
(e) The date of any periodic container test and the identification mark of the cylinder testing station which carried out the test.
(f) The container test pressure.
(g) The nominal water capacity of the container.

That the container surface coating be in accordance with the requirements in Australian/New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 3509.

That they are provided with valve threads and fittings which provide the following functions:
(a) Filling connection incorporating a non return valve.
(b) Service valve incorporating an excess flow valve.
(c) Contents gauge.
(d) Pressure relief valve.
(e) Automatic fill limiter which prevents the container being filled beyond 85% of the total container capacity.
(f) Valves and fittings must have a service pressure rating of at least that of the container to which they are fitted and must comply with the requirements in Section 3 of Australian/New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 1425.

That they are tested prior to installation, and at periods stipulated in the Traffic Regulations 1976, in accordance with the requirements of Australian Standard AS 2337.2.

The Traffic (Nelson City) Notice 2000
Pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and pursuant to an authority sub-delegated to me by the Land Transport Safety Authority of New Zealand dated 9 June 1997, I, John Paul Edgar, Manager, Safer Roads, give the following notice:
Notice
(1) This Notice may be cited as the Traffic (Nelson City) Notice 2000.
(2) The roads specified in the First Schedule are excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 (1) of the Transport Act 1962 pursuant to section 52 (2).
(3) The road specified in the Second Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed-limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
First Schedule
Link Road: from Whakatu Drive to a point 60 metres measured southerly generally along the said road from Whakatu Drive.
Whakatu Drive: from a point 114 metres measured westerly generally along the said road from Wai-iti Road to its southern end.
Second Schedule
Whakatu Drive: from a point 114 metres measured westerly generally along the said road from Waimea Road to a point 90 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said road from Quarantine Road.

The Traffic (Porirua City) Notice 2000
Pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and pursuant to an authority sub-delegated to me by the Land Transport Safety Authority of New Zealand dated 9 June 1997, I, John Paul Edgar, Manager, Safer Roads, give the following notice:

(1) This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Porirua City) Notice 2000.
(2) Those localities and roads within markings identified in the legend of and appearing on the plan numbered LT00461, entitled “Speed Restriction Plan Porirua City”, and held by the Head Office of the Land Transport Safety Authority, are declared to be closely populated localities at all times, pursuant to section 52 (1) (c) of the Transport Act 1962; except where declared:
(a) as 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas, pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, as may be ascertained from the legend. The plan and legend are hereby incorporated into this notice.
(3) The Traffic (Porirua City) Notice No. 1, 1992* is revoked.
