Amending a Gazette Notice Relating a Road—Rimutaka Hill Road, Wellington Land District

Pursuant to Section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 19 April 2000, Realigning a Road—State Highway No. 2, Rimutaka Hill Road, Wellington Land District, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 4 May 2000, No. 46, at page 1028 by deleting clauses (c) (i) and (c) (ii) and replacing them with the following clauses:

(i) The portion of road firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 13B/76, subject to mortgage B. 521954.2.

(ii) The portion of road secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 16D/269.
