(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares;

(i) The portions of road firstly and thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 2D/724, subject to mortgage B. 477267.1.

(ii) The portion of road secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 60/32.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken, and further declares;

(i) The areas firstly and sixtly described shall vest in the Crown.

(ii) The area secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in C.T. 60/32.

(iii) The areas thirdly, fourthly and fifthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in C.T. 2D/724, subject to mortgage B. 477267.1.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
