Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Under section 7 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Community Relations Manager of the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule is held for conservation purposes.

Reserves Act 1977

Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (pre-school education) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying That the Land Shall Vest in the South Waikato District Council in Fee Simple and How the Value Therefor Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto and, further, declares that the said land shall vest in the South Waikato District Council in fee simple provided that a sum equal to the current market value of the said land is paid by Council into its reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Appointment of the Central North Island Kindergarten Association Incorporated to Control and Manage the Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the appointment of the South Auckland Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated to control and manage the reserve for local purpose (pre-school education) described in the Schedule hereto and, further, appoints the Central North Island Kindergarten Association Incorporated to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
