Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (road) reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto and, further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Waipa District Council at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

1037 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 28520. Balance certificate of title 753/167.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Right Honourable Sir Michael Hardie Boys, Governor-General of New Zealand, declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for road and shall vest in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of publication of this proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—State Highway No. 25, Tairua-Whitianga Road, Whitianga

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is declared limited access road which, pursuant to Section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, will become road, limited access road and State highway and vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to Sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981 declares:

(i) The road described firstly and secondly in the Second Schedule to this notice be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 16D/685.

(ii) The road described thirdly in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate in title 16D/684.

(c) Pursuant to Section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 16D/685.
