Notice is hereby given that at a duly constituted meeting of Te Kuiti Club Incorporated held at Te Kuiti on the 21st day of March 2000, the members resolved to place the club in voluntary liquidation and Russell Dickens Young, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of the club.

It is not proposed to call a creditors meeting, as it is envisaged there will be sufficient funds to pay all creditors once assets have been sold.
