Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountant of Auckland, and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed by the shareholders as joint and several liquidators of Expo Engineering Limited (in liquidation).
