Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 258 (2) (e) of the Companies Act 1993

We, David Bryden Davidson and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as interim liquidators of the Friendly Society by the High Court at Auckland on the 14th day of April 2000.

A meeting of creditors will be held at 7.00 p.m. on Monday, the 15th day of May 2000 at the upstairs cafeteria, Mount Roskill Stagecoach Depot, corner of May and Stoddard Roads, Mt Roskill, Auckland.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

(a) inform creditors of the progress of the interim liquidation;
