Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 7 September 1999, Realigning a Road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 14 October 1999, No. 150, at page 3596, by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting it with the following:

(c) Pursuant to Sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 33A/144, subject to the encumbrances thereon.
