Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Conservation Land to be a Reserve

Under section 8 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator of the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the conservation area described in the Schedule shall be set apart as a reserve and classified as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the latter Act.

4.8526 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 27348, C.T. 19A/555.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying That the Land Shall Vest in the Hamilton City Council in Fee Simple and How the Value Therefore Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waikato Conservator for the Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto and, further, declares that the said land shall vest in the Hamilton City Council in fee simple provided that a sum equal to the current market value of the said land is paid by council into its reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

1368 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 12450. Balance certificate of title 848/92.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a Government purpose (education) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

1189 square metres, more or less, being Section 15, Block IX, Town of Seddon. All New Zealand Gazette 1983, page 1386.

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment in Matamata Piako District Council—Landsdowne Road

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The area described as Section 2, S.O. 34158, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 423/258, together with Section 1, S.O. 34158, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 172390.2.

(ii) The area described as Section 3, S.O. 34158, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 170/233, together with Section 4, S.O. 34158, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 113362.3, B. 113362.4, and B. 547202.1.

(iii) The area described as Section 1, S.O. 61371, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 50A/345.

(iv) The area described as Section 2, S.O. 61371, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 50A/344, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 456114.4.

(v) The areas described as Section 7 and 8, S.O. 34158, shall be vested in the Matamata Piako District Council as local purpose (esplanade) reserves.

(vi) The area described as section 9, S.O. 34158, shall be vested in the Matamata Piako District Council.
