Land Acquired for Limited Access Road—State Highway No. 2, Woodville

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, will become road, limited access road and State highway, and vest in the Crown, on date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Island Block Road, Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares that the lands in the First Schedule to this notice are acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (7), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and added to the Government Purpose Reserve (Wetland Management) New Zealand Gazette 1993, page 2027, subject to the encumbrances thereon.

Land for Reserve and General Purposes of the District in Auckland City

Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for reserve and general purposes of the district, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and shall vest in the Auckland City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
