Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall Be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the land may be disposed of by the Franklin District Council at current market value, the proceeds from such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such monies to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Declaration Acquiring Land for Road and Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—Chaslands Highway, Otago District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road, and shall vest in the Clutha District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) (a), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped; and

(i) The land firstly and thirdly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 2C/649, subject to memorandum of mortgage 751646.

(ii) The land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 3D/556, subject to memorandum of mortgage 751646.

(iii) The land fourthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 58/127, subject to memorandum of mortgage 751646.

(iv) The land fifthly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 239/33, subject to memorandum of mortgage 751646.
