Schedule 3:
Conditions
(i) Three point lap and diagonal seat belts to an approved standard are fitted to the driver’s seat and that of the left front passenger seat;
(ii) All seat belts must be in sound condition and good working order and must not be modified in any way;
(iii) This exemption may be revoked at any time;
(iv) A copy of this Notice must be carried in the vehicle at all times and must be readily available for inspection.

Maritime Transport Act 1994
Declaration Under the Submarine Cables and Pipelines Protection Act 1996
Whereas, pursuant to section 441 of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, the Minister of Transport did delegate those powers under section 12 (6) of the Submarine Cables and Pipelines Protection Act 1996 to the Maritime Safety Authority by an Instrument of Delegation dated 19 March 1997.
And whereas, pursuant to section 443 of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, the Director of Maritime Safety did delegate those powers under section 12 (6) of the Submarine Cables and Pipelines Protection Act 1996 to me by an Instrument of Delegation dated 26 March 1997.
Therefore I, John Norman Keith Mansell, Divisional Manager, Maritime Operations, hereby make the following declaration:
Declaration
The Order in Council under section 12 of the Submarine Cables and Pipelines Protection Act 1996, entitled the Submarine Cables and Pipelines Protection Order 1992, shall not apply in respect of the following ship:
Lady Jess
and R.I.B.s and small craft associated with that ship whilst working in the protected area designated “Area 2—Hauraki Gulf” for the purpose of an R.O.V. inspection of the shipwreck R.M.S. Niagara and with the conditional written approval of Telecom New Zealand Limited, for the period from 25 to 30 January 2000.
This notice comes into effect on and from the 20th day of January 2000.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1997, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a Government Purpose Nursery Reserve over the land described in the Schedule below.

Classification and Vesting of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of section 17 of the said Act, and further, vests the reserve in the North Shore City Council, in trust, for recreation purposes.
