Road to be Stopped and Stopped Road Acquired for a Secondary School—Accessway adjoining Redan Road, Far North District

Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice stopped and further declares pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, that when stopped it shall be acquired for a secondary school, and vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Declaration Acquiring Land for Road and Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—Chaslands Highway, Otago District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road, and shall vest in the Clutha District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) (b), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped; and

(i) The land firstly described shall be amalgamated with land in certificate title No. 6D/637 subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and memorandum of mortgage 905286/5.

(ii) The land secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 10B/973 subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and memorandum of mortgage 905286/5.

(c) Declares the land described in the third schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1) and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 6D/637 subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and memorandum of mortgage 905286/5.
