Airworthiness Directive
Pursuant to section 72I (3) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and to a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation, I, Geoffrey Neil Connor, Safety Analyst-Continuing Airworthiness, hereby issue the following airworthiness directive in respect of an aircraft:

This airworthiness directive shall come into force on 13 April 2000.
This airworthiness directive may be viewed on the CAA web site (www.caa.govt.nz) or at Aviation House, 1 Market Grove, Lower Hutt, Wellington.

The Traffic (Invercargill City) Notice 2000
Pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 and pursuant to an authority sub-delegated to me by the Land Transport Safety Authority of New Zealand dated 9 June 1997, I, John Paul Edgar, Manager, Safer Roads, give the following notice:
Notice
(1) This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Invercargill City) Notice 2000.
(2) The roads specified in the Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

Situated within Invercargill City at Kennington:
- Clapham Road.
- District Road.
- Fifth Street.
- First Street.
- Fourth Street.
- Kennington Road.
- Matheson Road.
- McLew Road.
- Rimu Road: from McLew Road to Third Street.
- Second Street.
- Third Street.

The Traffic (Grey District) Notice 2000
Pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, and pursuant to an authority sub-delegated to me by the Land Transport Safety Authority of New Zealand dated 9 June 1997, I, John Paul Edgar, Manager, Safer Roads, give the following notice:
Notice
(1) This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Grey District) Notice 2000.
(2) The roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities at all times for the purposes of section 52 (1) (c) of the Transport Act 1962.
(3) The road specified in the Second Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
(4) The Second Schedule of the Traffic (Grey County) Notice No. 2, 1971* is revoked.
First Schedule
Situated within Grey District at Dobson:
- Herald Street.
- Manawatu Street.
- Maori Street.
- Matai Street.
- Mawhera Street.
- Moa Street.
- Ohau Street.
- Omapere Street.
- Taupo Terrace.
- Wainui Street.
Second Schedule
Situated within Grey District at Dobson:
No. 7 State Highway (Waipara-Greymouth): from a point 350 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said highway from Maori Street to a point 110 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along the said highway from Moa Street.
